The Berkeley: Our specialist production honeycomb spring system is supported by the Calico Classic Nested Pocket and the Extra Calico Classic Pocket double-fold spring.
The unique honeycomb-shaped spring arrangement supports your spine perfectly allowing your muscles to relax to maintain an undisturbed sleep experience. The «Active Support» technology gives you full support against gravity while you sleep.
Fillings include; British Wool, Organic Cotton and natural latex derived from the rubber tree.
These natural layers offer superior moisture control that balances your body temperature throughout your sleep.
1) Choosing the right frame or base:
For stability, breathability and longevity of Penelope handmade mattresses, we recommend either a slatted wooden frame (with no more than 2" of space between the slats), a box spring, or an upholstered flat base.
2) Rotate every 3-6 months:
Our mattresses are non- flippable. But we recomend you rotating them every 3 months for the first yer and every 6 months thereafter.
